Location was ideal for being close to the main area of puerto del carmen.Liked the washing machine and comfy beds.
Stayed for five nights in January and my wife and I were very pleased with the apartment. Communication with the owner was first class when we arrived in Arrecife, had an issue with the tv one evening and the owner responded immediately. The apartment is in a prime location a very short walk to the seafront (balcony has a side view on to seafront). It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Extra touches such as washing machine, hair dryer, iron and UK tv made it a fantastic stay. Would thoroughly recommend.
The apartment was excellent. Everything in that we needed. Washing machine a great help. Little touches of spices,salt pepper, washing powder and toiletries were all supplied. Position was superb. Short walk to beach and restaurants yet quiet at night.
