Deposit and Additional Fees:
The full amount of the fee for the stay is payable at check in (includes weekly linen change and pre-stay cleaning). In addition, a breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check in. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned.
Keys collection:
Keys must be collected from the Gestaltur office at Cuenca Street 18, Benidorm.
Office opening hours are:
* Monday to Saturday from 09:30 - 14:00 to 16:00 - 19:00.
* Sunday from 09:30 to 13:00.
During the summer, the opening hours will be extended.
The property swimming pool is open between 15 June and 15 September.
Please note that Apartamentos Turísticos Gemelos 2.4 offer free luggage storage upon departure in the Gestaltur office (subject to office hours).
