Great property overall. The apartment was on the first floor with a very large patio. Very well equipped. The couch was comfortable enough. The beach is less than 5mn from the residence. You can find a big grocery store on the way. The city center is a bit farther but it’s largely manageable. You shouldn’t need more than 15mn to get there.

This property is in walking distance of Denia centre and has easy access to road systems when travelling further afield. The apartment block is well maintained and, as with the apartment itself, is extremely clean. Good security and a peaceful location.
The apartment was very comfortable and modern and was well equipped, it had everything we could possible need, it was well maintained and secure. Liliia was a lovely lady, she met us on arrival and shown us around, we had a late flight coming home and the apartment was book for that day, Lillia kindly looked after our cases until the evening and then met up with us, she is such a lovely, helpful host.
Host agreed to let me drop off my bags early as I was living nearby prior to moving in which was extremely helpful.
The apartment is clean, modern with just the right facilities for a long - medium stay.
Access is secure, gated and well lit and within a 10 min walk to the shops and Denia castle, so you can chose whether to go there on foot or by car.
