We are not new to this area (Miami Playa), but this apartment we liked the most out of other experiences we had in this area.
- quality of the service, room cleanness
- all what was necessary for a family comfort was well provided (equipment, kitchen accessories, iron, etc)
- very close to the beach
- supermarket almost next to the apartment
- the individual parking area provided next to the apartment
