Very nice location, close to Bouvetes sandy beach (4-5 minutes by foot) and restaurants, bus station, supermarket.
I has direct access to very nice pool (the property is located at ground floor) and a very nice green area. It includes a kids pool and a garden shower.
The terrace is very nice and spacious.
The property is spacious, kitchen well equipped. Has 2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub.
AC is very nice, centralized, which makes it more silent and not pointed directly to the beds.
Beds are very comfortable.
