El apartamento es perfecto, la ubicación, tiene todo lo necesario, tanto de menaje de cocina, colchones cómodos, lavadora, horno, microondas, aire acondicionado y el parking privado , ya que no se aparca bien en la zona.
Im allgemeinen war die Wohnung sehr gut, die Lage auch.
Ich würde sagen, dass die Wohnung für unsere Bedürfnisse bis jetzt eine der besten in dieser Preiskategorie war. Wir mieten mindestens vier mal im Jahr eine Wohnung in Calpe um unsere Angehörigen zu besuchen. Haustiere sind auch kein Problem. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles vorhanden in Küche, Waschraum etc. Internet funktioniert gut, im Homeoffice keine Probleme. Parkplatz vorhanden und gut nutzbar, was nicht immer so ist. Über kleine Mängel kann man meiner Meinung nach hinwegsehen.
