I had a great 6 days stay in the hotel, daily cleaning and the staff are reacheable and nice.
Location great for exploring Cuenca. We did not have the breakfast. The price was low. Basic room, but the shower was great, hot water pot in the room . No in-room safe was the only downside. Front desk gentleman was nice though quiet, and answered whatever questions we had. All in all a good experience.
The hotel staff, specifically Teresa and Francisco were exceptional in terms of helping to make arrangements for tours and taxis.
Clean rooms, nice staff, great location close to all the sights and a 25 yard walk to restaurants!
Location and sound isolation from street. Down on street there are bars open till 4 in morning, but we were not disturbed.
