We liked the close proximity to the beach and the swimming pool. The public transport was great with the stop for the 31 service to the rear of the apartment block which takes you straight to Valencia old town. The stop for the 99 service is a 5 minute walk away near the Consum supermarket and takes you direct to the Science centre. There is a lovely cafe on the corner of the apartments which serves ice cream, superb coffee and the local delicacy horchata. The apartment is ideal for a family of 4, the kitchen well equipped and the balcony has a view of the pool and a side view of the beach. The atmosphere in the complex is relaxing and everyone was really friendly, overall a great place to stay. There were plenty of towels including ones for the pool and the beach as well as deck chairs and sun shades. Would recommend a stay here
The apartment was clean. The balcony view of the shoreline was great looking between the two ocean front buildings. You can see and hear the waves rolling onto the beach. It has a wide enough view to watch the wind surfers and sailboats pass.
It is one floor above the pool area (pool is only open June, July and August) the view of the pool is blocked by the access hall to the pool, so don’t plan on monitoring or talking to anyone in that area.
The second bedroom is very cramped; barely the length of the twin beds and one of the closet doors only opens a little. That window looks out into a circular air shaft.
Learn how to use a Bosch induction stovetop with YouTube. Some frypans didn’t sit properly so be prepared to move the food around to get evenly cooked food.
If you’re sensitive to smells, unplug the 2 “air fresheners” and wash all bedding and towels. They provided detergent but it is very fragrant.
Great apartment in a fantastic location. 1 block from the ocean. Restaurants & and cafes, right there. The apartment was clean, spacious & well equipped. Excellent communication with the owner.
