Excellent location half way between Maspalomas Dunes and Yumbo Center, availability of free public parking, cleanliness, very nice host, a truly nice gesture by the host who left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift

The apartment was located in our preferred area of playa del ingles, great for both the distance to the beach and the nightlife in the yumbo.
The block itself was well maintained and the main lobby receptionist was very polite and helpful.
As for the apartment, you really couldn't ask for any more. The apartment on arrival was clean, it has comfortable beds and great kitchen facilities, perfect for a normal self catering holiday.
Carla the land contact, was very polite and helpful.
Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly stay there again without hesitation.
This lovely apartment is a real home-from-home! We spent a long weekend here and found the apartment to be clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and everything you might need for a longer holiday. The location is excellent, with the beach, shops, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The pool area is spacious with plenty of sun loungers, and the pool itself is a good size for swimming. Overall it was excellent value, especially as we were fortunate enough to have early check-in and late check-out, and we would be delighted to stay here again.
Location is exceptional, with a Spar and selection of shops/restaurants a few feet away. The complex is very clean with an immaculate pool. Our host was super nice punctual with fantastic communication throughout our stay.
