The room we had was great. Spacious. Quiet area, hotel setting lovely with mountain views. Large terrace.
The latter is the reason we shall return again and possibly again. Very relaxing and pleasant.
Reception staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Dining room staff also professional.
Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Internet very fast and TV options very good.
Love the location and found restaurants near by 5 min walk
Room was pretty small, Although I booked for 2 people I thought we would have a bedroom & living room separately like previous visit. Unfortunately we had very little space. Would definitely recommend double checking apartment before visiting. (E.G) emailing property directly. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
We had a low floor near reception which was perfect. Downside is meal times could be better - 7pm is very late & the snacks at the bar are bare minimum. Food was never really hot either. Lack of decent entertainment & even music. The reception staff are excellent & taxis are there within minutes.
The facilities and food were good, pool area was a real plus.
