The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of Madrid. It was ideal for a family with kids. The staff was friendly and responsive. It was a great experience overall!
Very good in general. Location was perfect, apartment and facilities were satisfactory and service was professional.
Receiving the electronic keys was a very easy process. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, as the other reviews had expressed. It is centrally located and very easy to walk or metro to many sights.

Only niggle were the stairs involved to get to the apartment, but could still use the lifts which stopped between floors.
