It is a beautiful and practical apartment close to everything.

It is located a few steps from the metro and also from perhaps the most beautiful areas of Madrid (Malasana & Chamberi).
There are several paid parking lots in the area.
Street parking is subject to city rules.
Entry via numeric keypad (which doesn't work very well and which I reported) and keys in a box with a code in front of the door.
