The best was its location. Secondly, the apartment was adequately furnished and overall clean and comfortable. Linen, towels and facility were all clean and everything worked fine. Also very quiet despite being in a building.

Clean, 2 bathrooms and toilets
Muy limpio y con todas las comodidades necesarias, productos de limpieza, higiene y menaje cocina. Super céntrico, cerca de muchas atracciones turísticas, centro de Madrid y cerca de transporte público. Muy fácil de llegar. Fabuloso si vas a ver algún musical en teatro Lope de Vega o alrededores, ya que queda a 2 minutos andando.
Atención al cliente muy fácil y rápida por parte del alojamiento. Me he sentido muy bien atendida en todo momento y todo muy claro.
L’appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente, perfetto per chi, come noi, trascorre la giornata fuori e rientra solo per riposare. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente al momento del check-in, ma l’host è stato subito disponibile e ci ha aiutato rapidamente a risolverlo. La posizione è ottima e centrale, comoda per visitare la città. Se in futuro tornassi a Madrid, sceglierei volentieri di nuovo questo alloggio.
