We loved this bohemian neighborhood! It is artsy and laid back, quiet in the evenings and in the morning. Lots of great food, theatres, art shows in the area. And there are plenty of metro and bus stops within a few blocks to get anywhere in the city. The space is bright and clean and one of the best showers we had in Spain. The washing machine came in handy for backpackers traveling light.

Well appointed and cute. The location was proximate to many places. The living room was comfortable.
Nicer than expected! The apartment was gorgeous and located in the trendy neighborhood of Malasana. There were many great restaurants and bars in walking distance, and it was just far enough from the center so it was quiet. It's also really well-equipped with everything you'd need - nice kitchen appliances, great shower, great AC, and more. Loved that there was Netflix and other streaming options. Spotlessly clean. Great communication with the host as well.
We had a comfortable stay at this apartment in Madrid. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and had plenty of natural light, which made it a lovely place to return to each day. The apartment is located on a quiet street, but still very close to the city center - within easy walking distance of major attractions like Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace.
The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth throughout our stay. We asked for some extra towels and they were provided promptly.
Overall, it was a good experience and the apartment suited our needs very well.
