The apartment is new , recently renovated. Everything was clean. Welcoming water and plenty of coffee capsules. Great wifi. Location is perfect 5 min away from subway, plenty restaurants and markets in just few minutes walk distance. Will be back!!!

The apartment was exceptional, spacious for european city standards, even the bathroom was pleasantly bigger than most we have seen. The kitchen was well thought out with modern appliances and basically you can really cook a meal for a larger group of people. The automatic blinds was in the whole apartment was a nice touch and especially helpful for jetlagged people as you can completely black out everything. The ample sized TV was also nice as it could stream Netflix, youtube, etc. The neighborhood was easy to get to the metro and had ample convenience stores, supermarket's and small cheap neighborhood pubs and restos.
The apartment was so new and clean, loved the ability to store the luggage whilst we went out and toured the city. the owners were very easy to contact and very responsive.
We liked the amenities of the apartment. The host was very responsive to our requests. The location is good as it is surrounded by shops. It is also near Mercat de Colblanc, the bus stop and metro.
