The flat is exactly how it is shown in the pictures, spacious, clean with lots of parking space in front. One terrace in each floor, one with two deck chairs close to the swimming pool. The flat is bright and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. The beds were excellent and we slept above expectations. The old center of El Cotillo is minutes walk away and it is close to the sea.
The apartment was very clean and spacious. There's a great private sheltered area by the pool, and the beach is a 2 minute walk away.
The apartment was huge, with 3 large separate bedrooms. The patio had access straight to the side of the pool (though the pool had a safety fence around it). Sea view from the balcony. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor which had access to the outside area through patio doors. Pool area was very quiet. Local area has supermarket, bakery, restaurants, harbour area and beach all within easy walking distance. We were met at the property and given keys with no problem, despite it being 10pm on a Sunday. Really great apartment, highly recommend it.
