The location is great the apartment is on first floor so not many stairs. It seems to have a frequent resident so all the comforts of home. The host speak English but will struggle to keep up if you speak too quickly. She was very proactive when I left something behind which I was able to retrieve. The parking was like 3 blocks away but secure and covered. This is a very central location with typical parking difficulties but manageable to me.
This was a lovely apartment, perfect for two couples. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need. The bathrooms were terrific. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location is absolutely excellent! And we really enjoy the local restaurants and particularly the bar next door to the building, Bar Jaime.

Excellent location, 10 min walk to the Guggenheim and on the park.
The appartement is large, though not ideally organized.
Even on the hot days it was pleasant inside and it is fully equipped.
