Parking not a problem. AC was good. Washer and Dryer worked. Quote building.
Location was good with lots of places for breakfast. Apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for our stay. Host very attentive to questions/information by phone message. Quick to reply and good instructions on key etc. Good value too for Valencia.
The place was clean and tidy. The building was easy to find, thanks to the clear instructions sent to me via WhatsApp the day before check-in. The location was also great, right next to the zoo, and we could even hear the sound of animals, which added a fun touch to the experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Very clean, spacious apartment which suited our needs as we were passing through travelling south.

Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Check in an check out was easy. Communication with the owner was fast via Whatsapp. Nice café and playground under the apartment.
