This was our 3rd time staying in the apartment . The location is ideal next to Biosfera shopping centre. The nearest beach Playa Chica is 10 min walk down the hill through the old town.
The apartment is spacious , nice open kitchen and good size bedrooms. We like to cook ourselves and the kitchen more than facilitates . Host is always close by and someone came to give us the keys upon arrival . We requested that they meet us and that was no problem . The apartment was perfectly clean each time with enough towels to share amongst ourselves. Washing machine is present and good fridge. We will be booking our January stay very soon again.
