everything is great. pool, location, room, everything is great.
The pool area is immaculate, well organised and very clean. The complex is in a great location and the apartment has easy access to all amenities.
Excellent host. Had a slight issue early on during our stay, due to an uncontrollable factor. (Not of the host or facilities fault.) messaged host via booking.com chat, they responded immediately and was onsite to help resolve the issue within the HOUR!
Handled the situation with such professionalism and wanted to ensure our stay was as best as possible.
The room was clean and had all needed amenities. Lots of natural day light during the day and was cool and quiet in the evenings.
