Located within easy walk to bars, restaurants, beach and shops Nice pool although a bit chilly good layout of bar and dining facilities

Location is excellent, property is exceptionally clean with a lovely pool and bar area. Rooms are very spacious. Staff are lovely and the drinks at the hotel bar were good quality for an all Inclusive which is a real plus.

Stayed in self catering apartment which was lovely. Pool was also lovely. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the younger staff. Had a couple of problems but they were seen to as soon as staff were told about them. Cleaner was lovely too. Apartment has shops close by and is about 6 mins walk to strip. Will be back once I can get self catering again.

I have stayed here before and at the Plaza Azul across the road so was happy with the location knowing there were plenty of facilities nearby with a supermarket on the doorstep. Didnt eat here as we were on a room only board basis and its a 5 minute walk to seafront strip to reach the bars & restuarants . Older people may struggle with walking back to the premsies as it is at the top of quite a steep hill but the same could be said of lots of properties in Puerto Del Carmen
