Les instructions pour récupérer les clés son très clair, envoyé avec des photos et toutes les informations, en plus c’est autonome, donc on pouvait récupérer la clés à n’importe qu’elle heure ce qui est super. C’est juste que c’est un peu loin de l’appartement et il faut marcher 15 minutes, on est arrivés très tard la nuit donc c’était un peu difficile. À part ça l’appartement est très bien , très propre . Hôte très gentil est la communication est fluide.
