Clean recently renovated building. Close to everything. Easy fast check in.
Since our first accommodation choice had turned out to be a fake place and we had to find anything to stay in and sleep, this flat seemed to be our last resort. Eventually, everything went off better than we had expected. The flat was fully equipped. There was a fridge, a kitchenette, a television set, and even an air-conditioner. If somebody wanted to eat breakfast, they could do it on a small balcony.
Last but not least - the host! One of the best hosts we have ever met. A very helpful and well-mannered person!
The apartment was exactly as described, nice and clean in a good location. The host was very friendly.
The property’s location was outside the main Barcelona City but near to metro and parking space available. Since we booked a car, it was perfect property for us. We paid around 7 euro for 24 hours parking. Shops and some restaurants were near by as well. The backyard (balcony) was good enough for 3-4 people to sit and relax. Also, security cameras where needed so personally I loved that. People we met nearby houses were super nice and helpful even though they could not speak fluent English.
