Nice views, relatively new house and apartment conditions, outdoor pool, two sleeping rooms.
The property is well situated and close to the beach, The sunrise views are exceptional.

Very nice ocean view, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Ocean beaches are really close, can even walk to reach Esmeralda or Sotavento beaches.
