Excellent emplacement tout proche de "grand via". Accueil au 4ième étage sans ascenceur. Nous sommes arrivés vers 10h en soirée et avons été très bien accueillis. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais dans panadéria à 2mn à pied. Personnel disponible et efficace au niveau du service. Communication facile par WhattsApp. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en consigne toute la journée.

The hotel is located in a good location, everything is very close. You can relax and enjoy Madrid. The host is attentive and caring. Yes, there are stairs, but that's the charm of the old town.
