Extremely helpful staff. Very informative and showed us all the local gems, information on arrival. Unfortunately same night we arrived, two of of our family members had a stomach bug and.we needed some medication but with train and feeling weak the lovely Juan kindly offered take us to the local Pharmacy ( 15 min away) to get us some medication. After medication we all felt much better. All the Cala Lanuza staff are amazing and I could not have had better service or care:) Thank you to all the staff at this beautiful place :)
Everything is to be commended. New, stylish, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. Beautiful building and layout of suites, terraces, and pools.
Beautiful, great atmosphere, good aircon, very stylish and classy. Two nice pools.
The accomodation does not dissapoint. It’s beautiful; very spacious rooms with everything you need, nice gym, nice pools, everything well maintained.
We loved everything, the room was lovely spacious, clean and beautiful, with a minimal, aesthetic vibe that followed through the hotel.The pool areas were clean and comfortable and for the majority of our stay felt like our own private area.
The smell in the hotel and our room was amazing and our balcony looked straight over the sea from one angle and the hills from another.
It was a 10 minute drive from El Campello centre and only 25 minutes from Alicante port..
