The property is in a very new building with high end appliances. Very clean modern building surrounded by high rises. We appreciated the host meeting us promptly and communicating quickly. Great spot for a longer stay groceries very close and cooking appliances would support full dinners. The beautiful beach is close 2 blocks down the avenue.
