The location is really quiet, not very turistic, I had a leased car, and Arrecife was less than 30 minutes away, and Playa Orzola was less than 15 minutes North. Mirador del Rio is about 15 minutes away also. The roads are amazing, so it was no issue to drive. There is a small convenience store right at the corner where you can get your essentials, and there is a place that sells montaditos and bocadillos for breakfast and lunch. The town was quiet and felt very safe. I thought the parking on the street would be a problem, but we never had issues finding a parking spot. There is also a community car park for free about 30 meters from the property, which we never had to use. We found this place was perfect for our family, and our plans of finding a beach to relax and not do much worked out perfectly. Almost forgot to mention, the host left us enough towels and a welcome basket with a local wine and snacks, which was a really nice touch.

Very nice apartment with easy parking. Very clean and comfortable, I would recommend. Shop 20m away and nice restaurant 20m away. Very nice location. There was washing powder with the washing machine so no need to buy a full box for one tablet. There was also wine and chocolates on arrival.
