The location is very good: the apartment is just five minutes walking from the Maritim metro station and 12-15 minutes from the beach. The communication with the host was very good. She lives next door and can can help if there are any questions. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the roof terrasse is great.

Lovely apartment, clean and beautiful with a great terrace. Bea was fantastic and if you are looking for accommodation near the centre but not so quite in the centre this is the place for you. Very quiet street, near facilities and metro. Loved our stay!
Bea was an excellent host. The apartment is lovely, 10 mins walk from the beach and a bus journey to the city. Great local restaurants and cafes, friendly vibe and not too touristy. Will be back, Valencia is a fab city and Cabanyal is a great area to explore it from.
