Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

Clean, comfortable, modern, excellent location and just what we needed. But, the most important part was Carolina; she was so helpful. We missed our bus because our uber driver went the wrong way, and then we were pickpocketed. Needless to say, we were stressed getting to Casa Vestali. She was very understanding and sympathetic. We needed to leave our luggage for the day and she found room in a closet for us that was used for cleaning supplies. We were so grateful. Perfect place to stay.

The overall feel is very homely, the location central and close to good restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Self check-in was super easy and contact via WhatsApp was responded to very efficiently.

The location is good: on a quiet street between Gran Via and Calle Elvira. On the other hand, Calle Elvira and the cathedral are really close (the Alhambra is a bit further, a 30 minute walk). It took a few tries to understand how the code unlocking works, though I realized later that Carolina (the contact person) had also sent a video, which shows you exactly how to do it. I liked how the rooms were decorated, and also liked that there was a kitchen downstairs, with a bigger fridge, dishes, cutlery etc. I stayed in two places in Granada and this was definitely my favorite.
