i travel a lot and have rented several apartments before but this one is simply the best so far in terms of facilities! just like home and a bit more. i was just amazed. it is very cozy and clean and my bed linen was changed weekly and cleaned thoroughly. The landlady Clementina is very friendly and seems to love the detail. She has really thought of everything. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machines and dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, washing-up liquid, shower gel, spices, oil, coffee capsules, beach mat, deck chair, parasol, beach towels, ironing board and iron, very good WiFi.... and and and... everything was replenished weekly. simply perfect. the apartment is only a few minutes away from Las Canteras beach. you can find everything you need nearby. Bus lines everywhere, cafes, bars, stores, restaurants. a very lively and authentic location. I can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Very great location just a couple of minutes away from Las Canteras. Very impressive hi-tech apartment with great wifi, big tv, bluetooth speaker in a lamp, great coffee machine, A/C, and even a remote controlled bidee! The hosts were super kind and helpful.

This is a perfect studio for staying very close to the best beach in Las Palmas. It's clean, modernly designed, well-equipped, and even has smart functionalities with Alexa voice assitant. 100% recommend. Clementina is very kind, sent info way before coming and assisted with questions about visiting the island. Go for it!
