Huge rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast, sunbathing etc., large living area which was cool in the hot afternoon, great location close to the idyllic El Charco de San Gines.
Bedroom is in the heart of the house, very quiet & slept well.
The owner is very responsive and helpful. Excellent communication and customer service.
Beautiful, quaint little house, stylishly decorated and just a stone's throw from El Charco (great area for drinks, tapas and dining out) and Arrecife's central shopping streets - yet the location is incredibly quiet. Definitely not your boring, run-of-the-mill holiday apartment.

El alojamiento es increible, muy centrico y comodo. Jasmin es una casera estupenda y super agradable, da gusto hablar con ella. Totalmente recomendable. Nuestro viaje no hubiera sido lo mismo en otro lugar.
Tolles, kleines kanarisches Häuschen mit traumhafter Dachterrasse - sehr authentisch und fernab vom „klassischen“ Massentourismus. Zentral gelegen in Arrecife, nur ca. 50m vom Charco de San Ginés entfernt. Gute Ausstattung und moderne Einrichtung. Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte und Strand fußläufig in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Besitzerin des Häuschens super nett und hilfsbereit! Unkomplizierter Check-In!
