All the amenities and small details left in the apartment: paper, soap, shampoo, kitchen appliances, proximity to grocery, small businesses around, proximity of garbage disposal and recycling. Quiet neighborhood. Host allowed us to check in earlier.
The apartment was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. The location is very quiet, and suited us as we needed access to the music conservatory nearby.
The apartment really has everything you need during your trip. The hosts is very kind and exceeded our expectations. On the first day after arrival I noticed that the hairdryer was broken, so the hostess brought me a second one very soon after I wrote to her. She also very kindly brought us a mattress topper for the extra pull-out bed in the living room the next day, so we are really impressed with the speed with which such small problems are resolved. The apartment is located in a quiet area; there is a school nearby and it is located on a street corner, but the street is not noisy or too busy.
Very cozy place, there is everything you need! The owners are very kind and communication was very easy!
The stay was very pleasant. We arrived after midnight due to the late flight, but there was no issue with check-in. The keys were left in the box next to the doors, which was a big plus for us.
Apartment is not so big, but well equipped, comfortable and cosy. There is a public parking on the street. Location is also good. Bus stop is not so far away from the apartment, however we preferred to walk. Even with a stroller it takes olny around 20min to the beach. There is also a shop (mercadona) and cafeteria (coffee/churros/breakfast/lunch) in the close neighborhood. The host was also very helpful. Would recommend this apartment.
We have seen some comments in the previous reviews regarding shower leak in a bathroom, however didn't notice this issues. Maybe it was solved before our arrival.
