One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. There are much better hotels in Barcelona for the same money. 1 , when we checked in we were given a small room with twin beds despite my booking clearly saying “ double room with full double bed” I complained and was told the hotel is full, 5pm in the afternoon! Continued to complain and by some miracle they found a correct double room. About the room. NO fridge, NO kettle, NO coffee or tea, NOT EVEN ANY WATER! TV? Has a vast aery of international channels except non of them work , only the Spanish local channels, told it would be fixed next day? It wasn’t and no explanation. I suspect they don’t want to pay for that type of tv package…. So why advertise it?!!! Safe would not close and lock! Finally I went to reception to Ask for water, which is where I met CHRISTOPHER who informed me quite abruptly that only premium rooms have luxury of water. As we were in a standard room we either went thirsty or bought it from the bar. As I said…. You can do much better and for sure I will go elsewhere next time
