I liked it all. Excellent location Quiet yet in the centre of town and within a 3 minute walk to Las Canteras beach. Very comfortable beds. Good tv Fully loaded kitchen. All great.

Responsiveness of owner. Carlos met us on arrival, arranged parking for us locally and attended to our needs promptly. Quiet apartment block. Within walking distance of beach promenade.

Great location for the beach, and all the bars and shopping areas. On a quiet road, with safe front entrance and two lifts. The apartment was on the 7th floor. Spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable. Separate bedroom, kitchen, well appointed bathroom. Additional double bed (not used) in the lounge. Small enclosed terrace which was useful for drying towels etc. Owner Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful. Recommended some nice places to eat. Close to all the local buses and taxi rank. A very busy city, dressed for Xmas!

We waren veel te vroeg bij de accommodatie, maar na berichtje naar de host, regelde hij dat de schoonmaakster eerder kwam en we onze koffers konden afgeven. Van de host ontvingen we ook tips van restaurants in de buurt. Locatie is super! Op loopafstand van het strand met gezellige boulevard. Ook op loopafstand van winkels en restaurantjes in alle smaken/prijsklassen. Zelfs op Kerstavond vonden we een restaurant vlak naast het appartement waar we heerlijk hebben gegeten. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader, als we weer naar Las Palmas gaan, zullen we dit zeker nogmaals boeken.
