We were a group of 6 people, 3 adults and three teen girls at the age of 14 and 15.
All extra costs were precisely described in advance.
The lady who welcomed us was really nice and tried to help us finding a place to have our dinner (we arrived at 21.00, hence having dinner was a bit of a challenge as this was out 1st time in Barcelona). We got also advice about th eareas where having dinner/lunch is recommended (or not reccomneded).
The apartment is located in a housing area, with a very nice bakery right at the corner of the street.
The metro station is about 5 to 10 minutes walking from the apartment.
We did not use the kitchen, hence I can not provide details about the amenities.
The host, Daniel, provided all details in advance, responded to my questions in a timely manner.
Really just a nice to have - switching the shower to the top is far too easy, just a small turn that became an obstacle for the teens in our group :)
Location is very nice and supermarket is everywhere, so it was very convenient. Facilities were very good. Good for families.
