Location and views are fantastic- could not have been better. The room was well very well equipped for a 5 week stay and well serviced for a privately owned apartment- clean towels and sheets every couple of days. Comfy beds and great shower. We had a wonderful 5 week stay.

Very nice apartment, beachfront, no questions. You have no air conditioning, but ocean breeze close this question for 100%, and you have secured parking, not the last option at tourist place like this.
