Het zwembad op het dak was uiteraard het mooiste van het appartement. Heerlijk afkoelen met een drankje uit je eigen koelkast met rondom een schitterend uitzicht. Ook beneden was er een groter zwembad welke voor iedereen uit het complex toegankelijk was. Ruime kamers en dito badkamers allemaal netjes, schoon en heel. Hetzelfde geldt voor de keuken.
De afgesloten parkeerplaats op het terrein van het complex was ideaal. Zeker kijkende naar de verkeersdrukte in Calp.
Het centrum, boulevard en strand zijn allemaal op loopafstand te bereiken.
