The property is a self catering unit. The access is from the street into a shared courtyard which is taken care of by the owner. We stayed in the ground floor unit. There is another unit at first floor with access from, and also overlooking, the courtyard. The layout is open plan with a comfortable bed, a sofa bed, a small kitchen top (with 1 stove top and a mircowave/grilling oven), and a separate shower.
Lovely apartment with terrace and in a great location to tour Valencia. The host is on site and is a lovely person and helpful. The bathroom could do with a repaint though.
Location eccezionale, vicino a tutti i servizi come panetterie, supermercati, ristorantini, e facile raggiungere i centro storico sia con i mezzi sia a piedi. I proprietari gentilissimi, sempre disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. E' stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente!
Posizione magnifica ed il signor Antonio un hoste di altri tempi, super gentile, disponibile, educato e sempre di buon umore.
