The apartment's location, the cleanliness, and it's great toiletries.

First of all I want to thank the owner, it was clean with all stuff what you need during family vacation. Air conditioning, washing machine, and coffee machine with caps as a bottle of water were there and it was helpful.

Excellent communication and handover system. The code and the key worked great. The area is cool. Not far to walk down to the sea and a nice walk into the old town.

A really cozy and well-equipped apartment in a relaxed and peaceful neighborhood, supermarket in 2 mins, beach max 10 mins walk, also close to tram stop. The shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap were real nice treats.

I stayed at Cozy apartment Alicante for a month in December, and it was amazing. The apartment was designed in a minimalist style, yet it had everything I needed for a long stay. I really liked the location. It's about 15 minutes from the sea and 15-20 minutes from two different mountains, which is great if you enjoy hiking. The hotel is also conveniently located 2 minutes from a Mercadona supermarket and 10 minutes from a mall. A big plus is that the bus station from the airport was also very close. I plan to visit this hotel again next year!
