Good location, close to restaurants, shop, bars, shopping and transport. Easy and clear communication with the provider.
The location was the best, right in the middle of the Old City. Wonderful ambience in and outside the apartment. Restaurants and bars everywhere right out the door. Grocery store across the street. The rear facing windows looked out on a pretty seedy center utility court but it was quiet; a street facing apartment would have been plenty noisy; no bad odors; the air was fresh but it was the cool of autumn. I asked for a got a iron and frying pan; no ironing board but a towel across the table sufficed. I notified and arrived at the specified check in time and was met at the door by a very nice lady who took me up to the apartment (one flight) and showed me around.
Great location, very clean and much bigger than expected as it was a 2 bedroom apartment and we thought it was a one bedroom when we booked it. The apartment has a washing machine and they supply little jars of coffee, chocolate and suger which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Bilbao.
