Loved the location and the vibes of the house. The owner David was also super helpful! We had a great time!
The property was very clean. Spacious, a lot of place for clothes etc. We didn’t use the kitchen bit it had all the tools and appliances.
Air conditioned.
Very close to everything, literally didn’t even catch one bus. The longest walk was to the aquarium and it was of 40 min which we walked through a park and enjoyed the scenery. Although in the evening there are a lot of bats with music, no music is heard from the apartment as it is just in a perfect location. The person who met us was very helpful, we had a flight delay so ended up going later than 23;30 which resulted in having to pay 20 euro for late check-in.
We were very pleased with the stay and if we’re ever back in Valencia we will definitely be back to this duplex.
