The location is perfect- near transportation, restaurants, shops and cable car attraction.
The appartment is modern and well stocked, the beds are super comfy. The outside terrace is good size.
Wanda was very responsive and we could even check in a bit earlier, which was absolutely amazing.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Edificio Italian. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet in a peaceful area. The building itself was quiet and well-maintained, with easy access to public transport. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.
