Great place to stay and we (2 people) were there for 8 nights. Nice building on a pedestrian street, fabulous location just a 7 minute walk to the train station. Unit is on the 4th floor with plenty of natural light, super clean and very quiet at night. The bed was one of the more comfortable we've slept in. Kitchen is easy to navigate. There are 2 bedrooms, one is larger, the other is smaller and would be fine for one person. Lots of closet space and a small outdoor balcony/patio. The main bathroom is small but funcionable with a great shower. The second bathroom is just a toilet and small sink but nice to have. Victor was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

La atención de Victor el anfitrión muy buena , la ubicación del piso excepcional , en pleno centro de Oviedo capital, el confort y la limpieza todo perfecto, sin dudas repetiría otra vez.
