The hotel was very nice and the staff super friendly. It is a bit old, but the prices are okay and the breakfast is good. We really liked that had an area just to hang out, common area, that was great. The rooms also were nice and clean and with a good view(some of us had a small balcony). The location was perfect as well, if you’re coming by car, it’s just going up to the ski area, super fast. We are happy with our stay. (8 people trip)

El Pilar is conveniently located on main route to mountain hiking trails, but also central to shops and restaurants. Parking is available across the street. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The bar and restaurant do a lively local business. Breakfast is remarkably varied, daily selection of fresh fruit, cooked eggs and bacon, cold meats and cheeses and breads and cereals and yogurt.

They accommodated a large group reservation made at the last minute (the day before) due to an emergency change of plans. The menu dinner was not fine dining but was a good value.

Nice room and competent staff, close to supermarkets and in the city centre. The breakfast was good and we were very satisfied of the dinner we had at hotel's restaurant!
