Великолепные апартаменты в которых я бы с удовольствием прожил бы целый год! Отзывчивый хозяин, который пришел на помощь и быстро заменил кофемашину на абсолютно новую! Размер апартаментов был очень комфортный для нашей семьи! Два санузла, большая гостиная, тихие спальни, современный ремонт! Множество разной посуды для приготовления пищи и всяких мелочей, которые делают ваше пребывание очень комфортным! Рядом платная парковка. В шаговой доступности множество хороших ресторанов с высокими оценками где можно недорого и очень вкусно пообедать! Тихий район, рядом есть продуктовые лавки и разные супермаркеты.
My wife and I stayed four nights in Alicante and we were very happy with Alex's flat. Quiet, spacious, in a great area for visiting the city centre and with all the amenities you need. I appreciated the proximity to the Central Market and the central train station where you can rent a car for a day trip. The little cafe under the apartment is an added bonus. Alex was very kind and surprised us with croissants and fresh drinks in the fridge.
Very beautiful apartment in Alicante, 10 minutes by walk from the most famous restaurants/bar in the centre and 20 minutes by walk from the beach el postiguet. Anyway, closed to apartment there are bar and restaurants also very nice. Our apartment was situated at the 2 floor, with 2 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and nice bedroom. Alex, the owner, very friendly and thoughtful.
The apartment was amazing! Spacious, modern, and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Lots of attention to detail including detailed information prior to check-in, croissants and drinks for us upon arrival, bathroom and cleaning products available for our use which made it so easy (and not have to purchase unnecessary items to use the washing machine). Alex was extremely helpful and made our stay great in Alicante. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, a short walk to the beach or to Santa Barbara. We highly recommend this apartment.
Perfect location. Right in the center but not noisy. Nice restaurants and the central market on walking distance. Apartment is large, complete kitchen so you can cook, good bathrooms.
