Everything went well from the beginning to checkout. Great location to look around and quiet at night.

Location, location, location! This is at the heart of everything in Madrid yet in a quiet enough space where you don’t get overwhelmed. The breakfast was also so easy and while small it was just perfect! I really appreciated our host who sent so many recommendations. I even had to find a doctor one night and he was very helpful. I’d highly recommend this place!
Plenty of space for our family. Loved the blackout ability with the windows. Easy check in process, no difficulties with opening the doors. Host was always reachable and responsive and gave recommendations for things to do and places to eat around.
Was great location and apartment for our first-time visit to Madrid - the location is close to tourist attractions and restaurants/shopping. As advertised, quiet inside despite being on Calle Atocha (interesting street). The host was exceptionally helpful with many suggestions and recommendations! Would stay again if we return, and would recommend.
Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Madrid
We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment on Calle de Atocha. As a family of five, we found the space just right—two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy sofa bed, and two spotless, well-equipped bathrooms. Everything was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged.
The location couldn’t be better—just a 15-minute walk to Puerta del Sol, in a vibrant yet safe neighborhood full of life. We loved being so close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions, yet still having a quiet and comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day.
Our host, Frederic, was exceptional. He stayed in touch throughout our stay, offering helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Madrid. The check-in process was smooth with both electronic access and a physical key provided.
Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a well-located, clean, and spacious place to stay in Madrid!
