Breath taking design indoor and outdoor. 3 different pools. Location was amazing

The property is ideally located in the center of Ciutadella, with a convenient free parking in proximity to use our car daily around the island. The staff is incredible, with a top notch concierge service. They have a place as well 15 minutes north of the city, with pool, beach access and a chef where we ate a great Paella with fresh farm to table food, Relaxing time outside the city all part of the hotel properties ! Luca was very attentive and kind to give us a great experience.

Comprehensive range of produce for breakfast. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful decor. Lovely outdoor location for meals with provision for alternative if rainy/cooler weather. Lovely personal touches for special occasions. Beautiful warm pool. Bedrooms quiet with a secluded feeling.

AMAZING hotel. Staff (especially concierges) were wonderfully helpful and friendly, always happy to answer any questions. Breakfast was delicious with many options and great coffee in the beautiful garden. Solo room had spacious bathroom and closet, and access to the second "palace" was serene and beautiful. Private yoga lesson below the cathedral was a highlight.

Loved the location. It was absolutely gorgeous. Excellent breakfasts. The staff was extremely helpful, cheerful and kind. The manager made a point to introduce herself to us, and every new guest, on their first full day. It was very classy.
