Location, secure building, elevator, lots of space

Great location in Rafafa. Very clean modern apartment, second bathroom was a luxury. Second bedroom cozy but fine for our grown-up children. Coffee capsules provided, thank you. Management were very helpful and let us have a late checkout. Would definitely stay again. Close to all the bars and restaurants we hardly had to leave the area.

Modern, comfortable apartment in a great area of Valencia. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood, and a big supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. Lovely host, Flavia

Had a great stay here. Open plan living space was functional and comfortable. The large terrace was a great spot to eat breakfast and to have an afternoon drink. There are two bedrooms with black-out shutters, one with a large ensuite the other with an adjacent shower room. Great Wi-Fi. Overall a very well equipped, comfortable, clean apartment. Owner responsive and helpful. Location, 15 mins walk from the old centre, 5 mins walk to Rusafa market, 1 min to a large supermarket, area is full of bars, restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops. Safe residential area with a relaxed vibe. You can drive on the surrounding streets but traffic is extremely light.

Lovely smart flat, excellent size, good & quality appliances, very comfy beds. The kitchen had everything you needed. Detergent for the washing machine was left, and so were the tablets for the dishwasher. We had also all the plastic bags needed for the rubbish
