This is a bright, modern apartment in a perfect location. It faces onto a main plaza at the start of the Barri Vell, and the backside has a view of the Rio Onyar, with a balcony to enjoy. Spacious and comfortable, with many windows. Most importantly, the Flatelli office staff helped me quickly recover my backpack, which I accidentally left in a cab!
Beautiful location and the terrace overlooking the river was perfect for coffee in the morning and a last glass of wine in the late evening. The apartment is beautiful. One side overlooks the river and you can see San Felix and the red pedestrian bridge designed by Eiffel. The front side of the apartment has views of the Ramblas. We watched a parade of "gigantes" and drummers go by. It's a lovely location.

Having a twin balcony aspect across the river on one side and the rambla on the other was a really good feature of the property. We could air the place during rain, because balconies were on opposite sides of the apartment
